Birschbach Building & Equipment is looking for a summer excavation laborer to join our excavation division. This seasonal position will assist with site preparation, grading support, drainage-related work, soil movement, material handling, jobsite cleanup, and general support for excavation and construction crews.

The role may include work on agricultural and commercial building sites, including dairy barns, farm buildings, access areas, and other site preparation projects. There may also be opportunities to learn and assist with equipment operation* as experience and jobsite needs allow.

Experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants should be dependable, willing to work outdoors, able to follow directions, and comfortable working as part of a team. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is preferred.
